研究生面試自我介紹
    感謝學(xué)校能給我這次爭(zhēng)取進(jìn)修研究生的機(jī)會(huì)，也非常榮幸能夠在這里和各位老師面對(duì)面的交流。首先請(qǐng)?jiān)试S我做個(gè)自我介紹，梁偉超，河北沙河人，本科階段主修市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷專業(yè)。除了具有比較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維和系統(tǒng)思維能力，過(guò)去的一年多時(shí)間，通過(guò)參加創(chuàng)業(yè)計(jì)劃競(jìng)賽，對(duì)管理專業(yè)的知識(shí)掌握比較熟練。有信心能夠勝任研究工作。
    之所以讀研究生，主要基于以下三點(diǎn)原因，一是對(duì)管理學(xué)的濃厚興趣，希望能夠做一些更深入的研究；一是為實(shí)現(xiàn)咨詢師的夢(mèng)想，需要更深層次地自我發(fā)展。二是實(shí)踐的需要，立志在三年研究中建立一套屬于自己的全方位管理模式，用于指導(dǎo)中小企業(yè)（尤其是家族企業(yè)）的管理提升。
