快到多倫多的時(shí)候空姐就會(huì)發(fā)給我們?nèi)刖车怯洷?。表格一份兩面，一面是英文，一面是法文。填一面就可以，我填的英文的一面。一家人只要填一份表就可以，后面過海關(guān)等地方的時(shí)候也是以家庭為單位的。表格的內(nèi)容如下：
Customer Declaration Card（海關(guān)聲明卡）
Part A - All travellers (must live at the same home address)（A部分，所有的旅行者，必須居住在同一個(gè)地方）
Last name,first name, and initials（姓、名、縮寫名）
Date of birth（生日）
Citizenship（國(guó)籍，填中國(guó)）
Home address - Number, street（家庭地址，號(hào)碼、街道）
Town/city（城鎮(zhèn)或城市的名稱）
Province or state（省或州的名稱）
Country（國(guó)家）
Postal/Zip Code（郵政編碼）
Arriving by:Airline Flight No.（搭乘氖悄募液嬌展荊嗷謀嗪牛?
Purpose of trip:Study,Personal,Business（旅行的目的：學(xué)習(xí)、個(gè)人原因、商務(wù)）
Arriving from:U.S. only,Other country direct,Other country via the U.S.（從那里來：從美國(guó)、直接從其他國(guó)家來、其他國(guó)家途徑美國(guó)來）
I am/we are bring into Canada:（我或我們帶入加拿大的物品：下面的內(nèi)容都選否）

Full values of each gift over CAN$60（所有價(jià)值超過60加元的禮品）
Special quantities:Alcohol,Tobacco（特別限定的數(shù)量，酒精、煙草）
Part C - Residents of Canada(Complete in the same order as Part A)（C部分，加拿大的居民，這部分不用填）
Part D - Signatures(age 16 and older)（簽名，年齡在16歲或以上）。
