BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
- 可滿足實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)間的在校學(xué)生;
- Good command of English (oral & written) 良好的英語聽說口譯能力;
- Computer skills are a must 熟練的計(jì)算機(jī)操作;
- With successful secretarial and management experience 文秘及相應(yīng)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
- Strong sense of responsibility 工作責(zé)任感;
- Accurate, reliable and proactive 仔細(xì), 可信賴, 預(yù)見性;
- Pleasant character and working intelligently; 工作主動, 樂觀。
KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:
- Business administration: to achieve business targets on sales in values and collection;
業(yè)務(wù)行政: 收集,跟進(jìn)銷售數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)展;
- Transmits/receives documents to/from other departments, handling all kinds of letters and phone calls;
辦公文件的及時(shí)傳遞及電話, 信件的處理;
- Keeps all files in order so that all related files may be accessed when needed;
文件妥善保管;
- Reserves air-tickets, makes hotel bookings and arranges transportation;
出差期間, 機(jī)票, 酒店及地面交通的安排;
- Keeps knowing how to get contact directly with Asso. Sales Director or NSM or SOE manager whenever needed;
與銷售副總監(jiān),或全國銷售經(jīng)理,或全國銷售運(yùn)作效率經(jīng)理保持直接聯(lián)系;
- Translations and drafts of relative documents;
相關(guān)文件的起草及翻譯;
- Keeps close contacts with Asso. Sales Director or NSM or SOE manager, RM, DMs/MICSs;
與銷售副總監(jiān),或全國銷售經(jīng)理,或全國銷售運(yùn)作效率經(jīng)理, RM, DM, MICS保持必要的聯(lián)系;
- Consolidate all working reports submitted by ASD/NSM/RMs for National Sales Directors review;
銷售副總監(jiān),或全國銷售經(jīng)理,或全國銷售運(yùn)作效率經(jīng)理工作報(bào)告的匯總, 供銷售總監(jiān)查閱;
- Logistics for sales team/POA meetings and office administration;
銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和POA會議后勤支持及辦公室行政事宜;
- Cooperates with other divisions to facilitate regional operation and guarantee effective communications within the Company;
與其它部門合作保證各大區(qū)的正常運(yùn)作及公司內(nèi)部的有效溝通;
- Other issues: to complete tasks assigned by Asso. Sales Director or NSM or SOE manager.
完成銷售副總監(jiān),或全國銷售經(jīng)理,或全國銷售運(yùn)作效率經(jīng)理交給的其它工作。
