二、租賃價格及結(jié)算方式：
甲方租賃乙方汽車的價格為 元/月，每月 日結(jié)算一次。結(jié)算時由乙方出據(jù)正式發(fā)票。
三、租賃期限：
租車日期自 年 月 日起至甲方單方停租止，但甲方需提前15天通知乙方，辦理停租手續(xù)，協(xié)議即終止。
四、甲方職責(zé)：
1、因甲方租用所產(chǎn)生租用車輛的路、橋通行費、停車費、車輛的燃油費均由甲方承擔(dān)，包括租賃期間的路橋年票;
2、按規(guī)定支付乙方租車費

4、除以上1、2、條款所列的費用外，其它一切與租用車輛所發(fā)生的費用均與甲方無
關(guān)。
五、乙方職責(zé)：
1、乙方保證車輛按時年審，性能能夠滿足甲方工作需要，安全性、可靠性高;
2、乙方必須購買車輛保險及交強險、第三者責(zé)任險必須達(dá)到20萬以上且在有效期以內(nèi);
3、乙方按時繳納各項規(guī)費，保證甲方能正常用車;
4、乙方必須自己駕駛或者聘請專職駕駛員駕駛，如乙方允許(乙方不予制止視為允許)甲方人員駕駛，所產(chǎn)生的一切交通事故及后果均由乙方負(fù)責(zé)，甲方不承擔(dān)任何責(zé)任;
5、乙方車輛必須隨時聽從甲方的調(diào)派，隨叫隨到，服務(wù)熱情周到;
6、乙方按車輛保養(yǎng)規(guī)定、按時保養(yǎng)車輛，一切費用由乙方負(fù)責(zé);

7、乙方車輛發(fā)生故障時，乙方必須立即修理，甲方每月給乙方1—2天修車保養(yǎng)時間，如超過時間，乙方必須提供其它同等條件的車輛供甲方使用，否則甲方將扣除相應(yīng)的租金;
8、乙方若因汽車年檢、交通違章、交通事故及其他個人事務(wù)等，造成誤工時，甲方應(yīng)扣除相應(yīng)的租金。
六、如乙方未及時購買相關(guān)規(guī)費或年審，則可視為本合同自行解除，一切后果由乙方承擔(dān)。
七、承租方對租賃車輛要妥善保管，如因承租方保管或駕駛不善造成車輛損壞及各種證件的丟失，由承租方按照保險公司的賠償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)賠償出租方。(此款項不包括自帶、自駕車輛)
八、本協(xié)議一式肆份，雙方各執(zhí)貳份，雙方共同簽字生效，具有同等法律效力。
九、乙方必須自備通信工具并確保24小時開機，如需要更新聯(lián)系號碼必須提前1天上報申請并通知公司全體人員儲存。如因聯(lián)系不上或者故意拖延接聽電話時間造成公司直接損失，立即解除合同，并扣除當(dāng)月租憑全部費用。

4.on this contract signing date， the lessor has received a deposit as rent security amounting to_________baht. should the lessee be overdue on rent payment for any month， the lessee agrees for the lessor to immediately deduct the amount due from the said deposit as rent payment.
