三、設(shè)備的驗(yàn)收、安裝、調(diào)試、使用、保養(yǎng)、維修管理等，均由乙方自行負(fù)責(zé)。設(shè)備的質(zhì)量問題由生產(chǎn)廠負(fù)責(zé)，并在訂貨合同中予以說明。
四、設(shè)備在租賃期間的所有權(quán)屬于甲方。乙方收貨后，應(yīng)以甲方名義向當(dāng)?shù)乇ｋU(xiǎn)公司投保綜合險(xiǎn)，保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。乙方應(yīng)將投保合同交甲方作為本合同附件。
五、在租賃期間，乙方享有設(shè)備的使用權(quán)，但不得轉(zhuǎn)讓或作為財(cái)產(chǎn)抵押，未經(jīng)甲方同意亦不得在設(shè)備上增加或拆除任何部件和遷移安裝地點(diǎn)。甲方有權(quán)檢查設(shè)備的使用和完好情況，乙方應(yīng)提供一切方便。
六、設(shè)備租賃期限為 年，租期從供貨廠向甲方托收貨款時(shí)算起，租金總額為人民幣 元(包括手續(xù)費(fèi) %)，分 期交付，每期租賃金 元，由甲方在每期期末按期向乙方托收。如乙方不能按期承付租金，甲方則按逾期租金總額每天加收萬分之三的罰金。

七、本合同一經(jīng)簽訂不能撤銷。如乙方提前交清租金，結(jié)束合同，甲方給予退還一部分利息的優(yōu)惠。
八、本合同期滿，甲方同意按人民幣 元的優(yōu)惠價(jià)格將設(shè)備所有權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)給乙方。
