    英語投訴信怎么寫
    投訴信和抱怨信的基本特征是反映問題，訴說原由，目的是解決問題。結(jié)構(gòu)要清晰，首先肯定對方的做法或者描述情況，隨后簡述出現(xiàn)的問題。如果
    有必要繼續(xù)說明具體問題，之后提出要求。
