希臘國(guó)會(huì)近日高票通過希臘投資移民新政策：25萬歐元(約合人民幣174萬元)購買不動(dòng)產(chǎn)，一步到位三代移民，無需移民監(jiān)，房產(chǎn)還能出售。
    相比舊政，希臘移民新政全面放開的內(nèi)容主要包括永居身份的真正明確，父母可陪同申請(qǐng)，子女可申請(qǐng)入籍，房產(chǎn)可售等。值得注意的是，希臘是歐盟28個(gè)成員國(guó)之一，同時(shí)也是申根國(guó)家，因此其所發(fā)放的居留許可在申根區(qū)內(nèi)都有效。如果入籍，持希臘護(hù)照可免簽120個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)。因此，此次希臘移民政策改革，對(duì)想移民歐洲的人來說絕對(duì)極具吸引力。
    有數(shù)據(jù)顯示，近5年來，希臘房產(chǎn)價(jià)格下降幅度在三成到七成之間。但目前希臘國(guó)庫捉襟見肘，銀行停業(yè)，甚至有退出歐元區(qū)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在這種情況下，希臘推出“超低”門檻移民新政，對(duì)于投資者來說，究竟是“餡餅”還是“陷阱”?業(yè)內(nèi)人士提醒，希臘政府因資金困難，為吸納投資而敞開移民大門，但這是一把雙刃劍，有意申請(qǐng)者需慎重考慮當(dāng)?shù)卣植幻骼?、?jīng)濟(jì)不穩(wěn)定因素可能帶來的影響。
