            接著給大家講講書寫會(huì)遇到哪些問題。
            一、時(shí)間問題
            一般的申請(qǐng)人都是在寄好了申請(qǐng)材料了,然后再考慮套磁,但是此時(shí)人多,效果不佳。有效的套磁應(yīng)該提前半年開始,即入學(xué)前一年度的六七月份。此時(shí)大部分申請(qǐng)人還只是忙于準(zhǔn)備考試。要提前套磁就需要提前做好專業(yè)背景的準(zhǔn)備。要在對(duì)于教師的研究背景比較熟悉,效果方佳。
            二、思路問題
            基本上是以“我希望申請(qǐng)XX時(shí)間的XX課程,我對(duì)你的研究項(xiàng)目非常感興趣,附件為我的背景”這種思路來展開。但這種思路有兩個(gè)主要錯(cuò)誤,一是把范圍定得太死,往往發(fā)給一個(gè)教授以后,若是教授不回信的話,就難于再聯(lián)系第二個(gè)教授了。因?yàn)榍耙环庑乓呀?jīng)明確表明“對(duì)某某老師的項(xiàng)目非常感興趣”,假若再用此方法聯(lián)系別的老師的話,一旦被發(fā)現(xiàn)就前后矛盾了。二是太過功利, 這是因?yàn)橐簧蟻砭透嬖V對(duì)方你是因?yàn)橄M暾?qǐng)他的課程,而這樣的表述方式第一時(shí)間就讓對(duì)方知道你是希望“套”他。在經(jīng)歷過無數(shù)的學(xué)生騷擾后,這樣的信件也只能是被拖進(jìn)垃圾箱。
            三、學(xué)術(shù)問題
            一般來說,做得稍好的套磁都會(huì)深入到學(xué)術(shù)討論的層次。這里最容易被勝利沖昏頭腦,認(rèn)為對(duì)方已經(jīng)對(duì)自己很感興趣,同時(shí)希望表現(xiàn)自己的學(xué)術(shù)熱情,與教授爭(zhēng)論某個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)問題。這里要提防的是,除非你的專業(yè)見解真的具體說服力,否則很容易變成班門弄斧,我就看過一個(gè)申請(qǐng)者由于過度表現(xiàn)而導(dǎo)致套磁產(chǎn)生反效果,結(jié)果對(duì)方老師拋出一句,“我們不在同一水平上,溝通有難度”。

            好的套磁信基本上是立竿見影的,假若老師不回信,這說明當(dāng)中肯定出了問題。這時(shí)一般申請(qǐng)人往往是追加信件,問對(duì)方有無收到。這樣的效果也不佳。會(huì)給對(duì)方增加壓力,同時(shí)為以后的溝通設(shè)置了障礙。
            最后來看看如何提高套磁信的回復(fù)率?
            一、分清楚專業(yè)再套磁
            想要進(jìn)行高校的套磁,大家一定要分清楚專業(yè),因?yàn)椴⒉皇撬袑I(yè)都是需要套磁的。相對(duì)來說,如果是文科生的話,選擇套磁并沒有太大的意義,因?yàn)樘状鸥舆m合理科生。對(duì)于理科生來說,獲得的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金是屬于教授研究經(jīng)費(fèi)當(dāng)中的一部分,所以教授更加有資格決定,是否要給你頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金。
            相對(duì)來說,文科生的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金一般都是由院校決定的,教授所起的作用非常有限。另外,申請(qǐng)需要知道的是,套磁并不是萬能的,只是增加大家成功錄取以及獲得獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的幾率,而且還需要靠申請(qǐng)者和導(dǎo)師之間的有效溝通才可以。
            二、套磁的時(shí)間問題
