打算申請新西蘭技術(shù)移民的朋友們都知道在新西蘭工作過的話可以加分。那么怎么去新西蘭工作呢？新西蘭從2008年開始就為中國公民設(shè)立了兩類比較特殊的工作簽證，一是中國五類特殊人才工作簽證，二是中國技術(shù)工作特別簽證。此兩類工作簽證為中國技工去新西蘭工作拓寬了途徑。下面，出國移民網(wǎng)就為各位介紹一下這兩類新西蘭工作簽證。
一、中國五類特殊人才工作簽證(China Special Work Category)
此類簽證對每種特殊人才都有相應(yīng)的學(xué)歷和技能要求，且有名額限制，每個類別100-200人不等。這5類特殊人才包括：

二、中國技術(shù)工作特別簽證(China Skilled Workers Category)
這個類別每年面向中國的技術(shù)性人才發(fā)放1000個名額，申請人可以獲得不超過3年的工作簽證。這些技術(shù)職業(yè)類別都是新西蘭緊缺的，每個職業(yè)的名額限制是100人。這些特殊職業(yè)有20種，每種都有其學(xué)歷或技能要求，包括：

中國公民申請以上兩種類別可以獲得最長不超過3年的工作簽證，具體簽證時(shí)間根據(jù)雇傭時(shí)間決定。如果簽證短于三年，可以在滿足簽證要求的前提下續(xù)簽。如果工作滿三年后離開了新西蘭，則必須在新西蘭境外停留3年以后才能再次申請。
申請以上兩類特殊的工作簽證除了對申請人學(xué)歷和技能的要求外，關(guān)鍵是必須有新西蘭當(dāng)?shù)毓椭鞯墓ぷ骱贤?，對新西蘭雇主要求如下：
*新西蘭雇主必須提供雇傭證明。
*工作邀請必須是真實(shí)、可持續(xù)的全職雇傭，并與雇傭合同中的描述一致。
*雇主必須遵守所有新西蘭就業(yè)和移民法及移民政策的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)。
另外，雇主的生意規(guī)模和財(cái)務(wù)狀況也很重要。以餐館為例，隨著奧克蘭華人餐飲業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展，中國菜色特色飯店急速成長，川菜、粵菜、湘菜、豫菜、京菜、武漢風(fēng)味、西安風(fēng)味等層出不窮。但并不是每一個飯店都可以順利擔(dān)保中國的廚師申請5類特殊人才工作簽證，重點(diǎn)是飯店需要有良好的財(cái)務(wù)狀況、足夠的財(cái)力證明等。
目前，INZ的服務(wù)僅限于申請名額和簽證，不提供找雇主的服務(wù)。要想拿到雇主合同或擔(dān)保，對于新西蘭境外的人來說并不是件容易的事。在這里，出國移民網(wǎng)為您推薦另外兩個簽證：新西蘭假期工作簽證(Working Holiday Visa)和銀厥(Silver Fern Job Search Visa)。有假期工作簽證或銀蕨簽證，可以直接進(jìn)入新西蘭，到當(dāng)?shù)刈约赫夜椭鳎业焦椭骱笤倏紤]辦理以上兩類特殊工作簽證即可。
另外還有一種低技能工作簽證類別，但這個要有勞工市場測試，一般批不下來。這里不再贅述。
