女性在職場(chǎng)升遷過程中遭遇的“玻璃天花板（glass ceiling）”大概很多人都聽說過了。不過，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)更加激烈的商場(chǎng)，女性又遭遇了另一種障礙：grass ceiling（草坪天花板）。在高爾夫球場(chǎng)邊打球邊談生意似乎成了男人們的專有權(quán)利，女性往往被排除在外。
