    1、找房
    -抱怨：dormitory①太小太臟②太吵③管的太嚴;apartment①東西老壞②室友難處neat, considerate.
    -找房難，不愿搬，抱怨多，怕漲價，減裝修

    2、噪音
    -室內(nèi)：調(diào)音turn down，隔音sound proof，沒意識到
