            專業(yè)簡介
            生物工程技術是生命科學的核心技術,是生物高新技術成果產(chǎn)業(yè)化的基礎,是從實驗室研究通向大規(guī)模工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的橋梁。作為一門多學科交叉的學科,生物工程專業(yè)主要運用生物學理論和生物技術,結合化學及工程學的基本原理和技術手段,進行多種產(chǎn)品的合成研究、過程開發(fā)和工程設計,通過對生物有機體在分子、細胞水平上的設計操作,實現(xiàn)改良物種質(zhì)量和生命大分子特性或生產(chǎn)特殊用途的生命大分子物質(zhì)等目的。本專業(yè)學生主要學習生物化學、分子生物學、遺傳學、細胞生物學、普通生物學、微生物學等基礎理論,掌握基因工程、細胞工程、微生物工程、生物分離工程和生物反應器等生物工程領域基本原理及方法,并接受專業(yè)基礎和過程工程實驗技能的訓練。本專業(yè)尤其注重對學生實驗與實踐能力的培養(yǎng),為學生提供良好的實驗設備與實習環(huán)境。擁有設備先進的“生物工程與技術實驗中心”,并與多家生物工程相關企業(yè)建立了良好的產(chǎn)學研合作關系。
            Biological engineering technology is the core technology of bioscience, the foundation of the biological high technology industrialization and the bridge from the lab to the large-scale industrial production. As a multidisciplinary subject, biological engineering major mainly apply the theory of biology and biological technology, combined with the basic principle and technology of chemistry and engineering, to the research, development and engineering design of the synthesis of a variety of products. By the operation of living organisms on the molecular and cellular level, the purpose of improving the qualities of the species and the characteristics of the macromolecules or the production of special use biological macromolecules could be achieved. Students of this programme mainly study biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, cell biology, general biology, microbiology and other basic theories, master the basic principle and method of genetic engineering, cellular engineering, microbial engineering, biological separation engineering, biological reactor and other biological engineering fields and receive the engineering experiment skill training of the professional basis and process. This major pays particular attention to the training of students’ experimental and practical abilities, providing students with excellent experimental equipments, a good practice environment, and a “biological engineering and technical trial center” with advanced equipments, and establishing a good cooperation relationship with a number of biological engineering related enterprises.
            培養(yǎng)目標及專業(yè)范圍
            本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)適應國民經(jīng)濟和科技發(fā)展的需要,德智體全面發(fā)展,掌握生物技術及其產(chǎn)業(yè)化的科學原理、工藝技術過程和工程設計等基本理論、基本技能,能在生物技術與工程領域從事設計、生產(chǎn)、管理和新技術研究、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的工程技術人才。本專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的學生既具有堅實、廣泛的生物學基礎知識,又具有一定的化學、數(shù)學基礎知識和工程技術知識;學生在校期間將系統(tǒng)地受到生物化學及分子生物學、細胞生物學與細胞工程、微生物學與微生物工程、基因工程、生物制藥等方面的理論和實驗技術訓練。學生畢業(yè)后可在一些研究院所、高等院校、生物工程公司、制藥工程公司以及農(nóng)業(yè)、環(huán)保、食品、衛(wèi)生等部門從事理論研究、科技開發(fā)和教學等工作。生物工程企業(yè)近年呈快速發(fā)展趨勢,畢業(yè)生需求量大,就業(yè)狀況良好。
            This programme is to cultivate students to become the engineering technique talents who are able to adapt to the national economy and the needs of the scientific and technological development, to be moral, intellectual and physical fully developed, to grasp the scientific principles of biotechnology and its industrialization and the basic theories and skills of technology process and engineering design, to be engaged in the design, the production, the management, the new technology research and the new product development in the biological technology and engineering field. The students of this programme not only have the solid and extensive biological elementary knowledge, but also have the certain chemical, mathematical, physical and engineering technical knowledge. During the school time, students will be systematically provided with the theory and experimental technique training in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, cell engineering, microbiology, microbial engineering, genetic engineering and other aspects. After graduation, students can be engaged in the teaching, the theoretical research and the technologic exploiture in the research institutes, colleges, universities, biological engineering centers, biological engineering companies and the departments of agriculture, environmental protection, food, health, etc. In recent years, biological engineering enterprises showed rapid development trends and the graduate demand of biological engineering enterprises is big. Thus, the employment is in a good condition.
            畢業(yè)生應獲得的知識和能力
            接受生物細胞培養(yǎng)與選育、生物技術與工程等方面的專業(yè)基本素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和基本技能的訓練。具備在生物技術與工程領域從事設計、生產(chǎn)、管理和新技術研究、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的基本能力。
            (1)具備微生物學、生物化學、分子生物學、物理化學等方面的基本知識,以及生物物質(zhì)分離工程、微生物工程、基因工程等生物工程專業(yè)知識;
            (2)掌握生物細胞培養(yǎng)與選育、生物技術與工程等方面的基本技術;
            (3)掌握一門外語,具有綜合能力,并能熟練運用于專業(yè)學習和業(yè)務工作。
            (4)了解與生物技術與產(chǎn)業(yè)有關的方針、政策和法規(guī);
            (5)掌握文獻檢索、資料查詢的基本方法,了解當代生物技術與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展動態(tài)和應用前景。
            (6)具有一定的社會、人文科學及法律知識,良好的思想品德,優(yōu)良的心理素質(zhì),實事求是的科學態(tài)度和作風,以及健康的體魄。
            In this programme, students will be received the training on basic professional qualities and skills of cells culture, cell breeding, biotechnology, engineering, etc. Students will have the basic abilities in the design, the production, the management, the new technology research and the new product development in the biological technology and engineering field.
            (1) Having the basic knowledge of microbiology, biochemistry, physical chemistry, chemical engineering principles, etc. and mastering the professional knowledge of biological material separation engineering, microbial engineering, genetic engineering and other biological engineering fields;
            (2) Mastering the basic skills of cell culture and breeding, biotechnology, biological engineering, etc;
            (3) Mastering a foreign language, possess the comprehensive ability, and proficiently apply these in the professional study and work;
            (4) Understanding the related principles, policies and regulations of biological technology and industry;
            (5) Mastering the basic methods of literature search and data query and understand the contemporary development trends and promising applications of biological technology and industry;
            (6) Having certain knowledge of social science, humanities and law and have the good personal character, the good psychological quality, the healthy body and the practical and realistic attitude and style.
            課程分類
            理論教學課程分為專業(yè)學位課程、鼓勵選修課程和一般選修課程。專業(yè)學位課程是獲得該專業(yè)學位必須履修的課程。鼓勵選修課程屬于選修課程范疇,是鼓勵學生履修的課程,學生可根據(jù)興趣有計劃選擇。一般選修課程是學生根據(jù)個人實際情況自行選擇履修的課程。

            鼓勵選修課(30門):
            線性代數(shù)、計算機基礎、物理化學(3)、高級語言程序設計、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導、企業(yè)經(jīng)濟管理、大學生健康教育、大學外語(五)、大學外語(六)、專業(yè)概論與職業(yè)發(fā)展、神經(jīng)生物學、生態(tài)學、藥劑學、專業(yè)外語、文獻檢索、儀器分析(2)、生物制品學、生物信息學、組織培養(yǎng)大實驗、干細胞與組織工程、生物技術制藥、病理學與病理生理學、環(huán)境生物技術、藥理學、生理學、植物生理學、解剖與組織胚胎學、解剖與組織胚胎學實驗、藥物化學、藥物化學綜合實驗。
            一般選修課程(10門):
            現(xiàn)代藥物分析技術、食品生物技術、藥用植物、波譜學、毛細管電泳、實驗動物學、現(xiàn)代生物工程進展、腫瘤學、發(fā)育生物學、實驗動物學。
            人文類選修課群:
            不少于6學分。
            新知識課群:
            不少于6學分。
            創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)及技能選修課群:
            凡完成學校規(guī)定的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)內(nèi)容,按照《東北大學關于大學生創(chuàng)新學分工作的實施辦法(討論稿)》(東大教字[2009]17號)文件精神執(zhí)行。
            對獲得國家級機構認證的各類資格或技能證書(如:律師證、經(jīng)濟師證、建筑師證、駕駛證、軟件師證(不包括大學英語等級證書、計算機等級證書)等,未列出證書的可根據(jù)國家相關規(guī)定認證)可替代人文類選修課群或新知識課群的1~3學分選修學分,一個證書只可替代1學分的選修學分,3個或3個以上證書只能替代3個選修學分。
            畢業(yè)合格標準
            總學分達到192.5學分,其中理論教學144.5學分,實踐教學48學分。完成下列學業(yè)要求方可畢業(yè):
            1、必須履修專業(yè)學位課程,并通過考核獲得相應的學分。其中:數(shù)學與自然科學課群23.5學分;工程技術基礎課群27.5學分;社會科學課群44學分;專業(yè)平臺課群31.5學分。
            2、選修課程必須獲得每個課群(模塊)要求的最低選修學分,其中專題選修課群至少達到6學分,新知識課群至少達到6學分,人文類選修課群至少達到6學分。
            3、完成并通過教學計劃所規(guī)定的其他教學環(huán)節(jié),如實習、畢業(yè)設計(論文)、軍訓等。
