商務咨詢往往是貿(mào)易的開端。咨詢應該是誠意的，闡明咨詢者的需求或所需的信息。在通常情況下，收函人應于當日或盡快給予答復，如所咨詢的產(chǎn)品或服務不是收函人所經(jīng)營的，則收函人應加以說明或?qū)⒆稍兒D(zhuǎn)給有關(guān)單位并通知咨詢者。如答復函內(nèi)附有商品目錄或介紹，則應在復函中有所提及，但不能是重復。
