This is the speech which I delivered to my classmates, now I present it here ,hoping you could give some recommendations.
    Good morning, everyone. Today I want to share one of my experiences with you.
    A few days ago , our college had an activity called ‘exchanging space’. I guess most of you tool part in it. For the sake of the fact that I’m in the student union, I was ordered to be a guide at the moment. My obligation was to show the judges coming from the public around the dormitories that had be decorated already. I said to myself: what an easy job! I must know my stuff pretty well.
    All the afternoon , I companied the honorable judges wandering one dormitory after another, talking and laughting. There was a great deal of excitement. I considered what I did a wonderful job until a junior student told me that I had missed one dormitory which should be showed to the judges. I was totally shocked by what she said. No words occurred to me that seemed to be reasonable. ‘ it’s time you went downstairs to enjoy the games. As to your dormitory ,I will surely contact with my boss and find some solutions……‘ I answered in a frighten voice.
    It was my carelessness that put myself into a tight corner. I couldn’t remember what I said to my boss because I was so ashamed to acknowledge my mistake. The memory that would never fade was the words my boss said to me:’ errors will slip in. we can deal with it properly. Don’t be so sad and do better next time!’
    Things happened in the afternoon do teach me a lesson. Whatever easy work there is,we must spare no effort to handle it, or we’ll surely fail something to some degree.
