    　A:On the fourth Thursday of November each year, it's time to offer thanks, of family gatherings and holiday meals. The story goes like that. In 1662 some European people, mostly religious people, left for America. They went by ship. After a long voyage they arrived in America. It was winter, the weather was very cold.
    　A:在每年十一月的第四個(gè)星期四，就是人們表示感謝、家庭聚會(huì)和聚餐的時(shí)刻。這個(gè)節(jié)日的起源故事是這樣的。在1662年，一些歐洲人，大多數(shù)有宗教信仰，經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)途跋涉，他們乘船來(lái)到美國(guó)，正值寒冷的冬季。
    　B:And under the help of the local American Indians, they learned how to grow crops and they survived. On the coming harvest, they invited the local Indians to have a big feast in order to express their thanks to them. Later it was called Thanksgiving Day.
