投訴信通常包括以下幾個方面的內(nèi)容：說明投訴的原因并表示遺憾;實事求是地闡述問題發(fā)生的經(jīng)過，切忌夸大其詞;指出問題引起的后果;提出批評及處理意見，或敦促對方采取措施，或提出所希望的賠償以及補救方式。
