2012 Management Associate Program – Two Year Program
FFH China Management Associate Program (MA Program) offers unique opportunities to talented young graduates. We are looking for candidates to join us who have the potential to be future leaders of our businesses.
FFH China MA Program is designed to develop high-potential individuals to be advanced to management roles through intensive training, rotation and stretch assignments across different business segments. Management Associate will experience real hands-on challenges working with our top management and professionals from various financial backgrounds across countries. Management Associate need to be flexible and adaptable as assignments which are arranged based on business needs, and he/she should be very mobile to travel at relatively short notice. Whatever assignment, Management Associate will be expected to learn fast, add value quickly and leverage resources creatively to handle business challenges tasked to them.
A Management Associate’s learning is accelerated through broad and diverse exposure to the financial industry’s business issues and opportunities. Your track record with the organization is built during the 2-year MA program, and the networking gained and skill set acquired will position you for mission critical roles within the organization.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for outstanding graduates with diverse background and interest in financial industry, eager to take challenges and passionate in serving the under-served.
Our basic requirements include:
- Master degree, with excellent academic performance record
- Highly adaptable, willing to travel and work in tier 2 cities
- Demonstrated leadership ability in leading projects or others
- Excellent analytical ability and interpersonal skills
- Strong accountability and mature personality
- Excellent team work spirit
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
