    Planning Intern職位描述：
    Department ：Planning
    Responsibility：
    - Each week, analyze needs, place new PO to supplier
    - Each week check status of all existing PO, follow this status until stock entry in our factory
    - Each week, communicate PO and forecasts to supplier and get their feedback
    - Each week give direct face to face feedback to Planners regarding late components and ongoing action plans to improve delivery
    - In case of Quality reject, analyze needs and decide if rework or return, deal with the supplier for return or payment of sorting fee
    - Maintain SAP parameters according to KPI: production lead time, delivery lead time, status, safety stock, rounding values…
    - Identify missing SAP tasks from other teams (Contract, Sourcelist, Quality decision) and get them done with good communication and team spirit
    - Build a strong relationship with our suppliers, know their process, their capacity, their toolings
    Requirements：
    1. Bachelor degree preferably in logistics
    2. Highly fluent in English speaking and writing and good communication skill
    4. Knowledge and experience of SAP or similar MRP system is preferred
    5. Knowledge and experience of MSoffice, especially Microsoft Excel
    6. Proactive, organized and highly efficient
    7. Self-motivated and energetic
