40近一項(xiàng)研究表明，很多青少年需要更多的睡眠，另外一項(xiàng)研究表明我們市很多高中學(xué)生對(duì)于自己的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)不滿(mǎn)意。作為解決這些問(wèn)題的途徑，我市的高中應(yīng)該在早上8：30開(kāi)始上課，而不是7：30，并且推遲一小時(shí)放學(xué)。這種安排將允許學(xué)生在早上多睡一個(gè)小時(shí)，從而使他們更加清醒和高效。因此，學(xué)生在測(cè)驗(yàn)和其他作業(yè)中將表現(xiàn)得更好，他們的學(xué)習(xí)能力將會(huì)顯著提高。
