2012年托業(yè)考試規(guī)則
考生報名時必須填寫個人的真實信息，對于使用虛假和他人信息者，考試主辦方有權(quán)取消該考生的考試成績。
Candidates must provide valid personal information in test registration. The test organizer reserves the right to cancel the candidate’s score if information provided is found invalid.
考生須按要求準時到達考場?？荚囌介_始后，遲到的考生不允許進入考場參加考試。
Candidates must arrive on time as requested. Candidates who arrive late after the test has started are not allowed to enter.
考生應(yīng)在入場時出示準考證及準考證上要求的有效身份證件（身份證、護照或軍官證）和照片，外籍考生必須攜帶護照，臺灣考生必須攜帶臺灣居民來往大陸通行證，港澳考生可攜帶港澳居民身份證。以上證件均指原件?？忌魶]有攜帶準考證、有效身份證件、或者照片與本人面貌不一致，都將不能進入考場；持假證件者和被*的考生，在兩年內(nèi)禁止參加TOEIC考試。
When entering, candidates will be asked to provide the admission ticket, at least one of the valid identification listed on the admission ticket (National ID, Passport or Military ID) and photos. Foreign test taker must bring passport. Taiwan test taker must bring The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents. Hong Kong or Macao test taker must bring Hong Kong/Macao Permanent Identity Card. All identification must be originals. Candidates who fail to provide the admission ticket, valid identification or a matched photo will not be allowed to enter. Candidates with fake identification and impersonated candidates will be prohibited to participate in any TOEIC test in 2 years.
考生進入考場后將身份證件放置在桌面上方，以便檢查。除證件外，所有其它個人物品，應(yīng)放置在考場內(nèi)指定的位置。
After entering the test room, candidates must place the identification on the desk for inspection. Except Identification, all other personal belongings should be placed in the designated area in the test room.
考生不要將貴重物品帶到考場，考試主辦方對考試期間丟失的個人物品不承擔任何責任。
Do not bring valuables into the test room. The test organizer is not responsible for personal belongings lost during the test.
考生在進入考場前必須徹底關(guān)閉手機、掌上電腦等電子設(shè)備，在整個考試過程中，手機等電子設(shè)備不允許打開或使用。如發(fā)現(xiàn)手機等電子設(shè)備沒有關(guān)閉，考生將被取消考試成績。
All cell phones, PDAs, and other electronic devices must be turned off before entering the test room. Turning on or using cell phones or other electronic devices is forbidden during the test. If it is found that any candidate has not turned off any electronic device(s) during the test, the test score will be cancelled.
在考場監(jiān)考人員宣布考生可以離開考場之前，考生不能提前離開考場?？忌蛱厥庠虿荒芾^續(xù)考試，需要到現(xiàn)場考務(wù)辦公室等候，在考試結(jié)束后才能離開。
Candidates are not allowed to leave the seat until the administrator instructs to do so. Those who are not able to continue the exam due to special reason will be asked to wait in the administration office and allowed to leave after the test is finished.
對在考試過程中被發(fā)現(xiàn)有作弊行為的考生，我們保留進一步調(diào)查和處理直至取消其考試成績的權(quán)利。對于在考試結(jié)束后發(fā)現(xiàn)的作弊行為或重大作弊嫌疑，我們有權(quán)對相關(guān)考生進行調(diào)查，并暫停發(fā)布其成績或取消已發(fā)布的成績，直至調(diào)查完畢，考生應(yīng)對此予以配合。對于拒絕配合的考生，我們有權(quán)取消該考生成績。
We reserve the right to further investigate, punish, or even cancel the score of the candidate(s) who is/are caught cheating during the test. For cheating or suspected cheating behavior found after the test, we have the right to investigate the candidate(s) involved and suspend to release his/her score or cancel his/her score already released until the investigation is completed. Candidates should be cooperative.We have the right to cancel the score of the candidate if he/she is not cooperative in the investigation.
考試過程中可能出現(xiàn)任何意外事故，考場監(jiān)考人員都將按照托業(yè)中國管理中心的規(guī)定提供現(xiàn)場解決方案，如果考生對解決方案有異議，需要在方案實施之前提出；否則，將被視為接受解決方案并承擔該解決方案所帶來的結(jié)果；考生接受現(xiàn)場解決方案后，對該事故及現(xiàn)場解決方案的投訴無效。
The administrator will provide on-site solution according to regulations of TOEIC China Management Center if any accident occurs during the exam. Objections must be raised before the solution is implemented, or else, candidates shall be deemed to have accepted the solution and take the consequences related; Complaints regarding the accident and solution are not accepted if candidates have accepted the on-site solution.
有下列行為的考生，按照托業(yè)中國管理中心規(guī)定，將被取消考試資格、取消考試成績并不退還考試費：
According to the regulations of TOEIC China Management Center, candidates involved in any of the followings will be disqualified, whose score will be cancelled, and whose test fee will not be refunded:
10.1 在考試正式開始后，遲到的考生；
Candidates who arrive late after the test has started;
10.2 有*和被*行為的考生；
Candidates who are proxy testers or impersonated;
10.3 在入場過程中或考試過程中，被發(fā)現(xiàn)證件或照片不符合TOEIC考試要求的考生；
Candidates whose identification or photos are found unqualified when entering the test room or during the test;
10.4 無論是否對考試造成影響，在考試過程中被發(fā)現(xiàn)使用手機等電子設(shè)備或手機等電子設(shè)備沒有徹底關(guān)閉的考生；
Candidates caught using cell phones or other electronic devices or whose devices are not turned off completely during the test, disregarding the influence;
10.5 在考試過程中，有任何作弊行為的考生；
Candidates who are caught cheating of any kind;
10.6 在考場內(nèi)交談、喧嘩或制造明顯噪音，干擾其他考生考試，經(jīng)監(jiān)考人員一次警告后，沒有停止干擾行為的考生；
Candidates who fail to stop talking, clattering, making noises or any other disturbances after a one-time warning by administrator;
10.7 在考試結(jié)束前，因任何原因提前離開考場的考生；
Candidates who leave the seat due to any reason until the end of the test;
10.8 使用任何威脅語言或行為攻擊考試監(jiān)考人員，經(jīng)監(jiān)考人員一次警告后，沒有停止攻擊言行的考生；
Candidates who fail to stop using threatening language or behavior against administrators after a one-time warning;
10.9 被發(fā)現(xiàn)以任何方式將考試內(nèi)容帶出考場的考生。此行為將被追究法律責任，并五年內(nèi)不允許參加TOEIC考試。
Candidates who are found taking test materials out of the test room will be held liable and prohibited to take any TOEIC test in 5 years.
考前、考中及考后，托業(yè)中國管理中心均有權(quán)檢視有*嫌疑的考生的相關(guān)信息，包括將信息提交至公安機關(guān)等第三方鑒定機構(gòu)進行鑒定，并根據(jù)檢視結(jié)果對相關(guān)違紀行為作出處理。
Before, during or after the test, TOEIC China Management Center has the right to check the personal profile of any suspected proxy tester as well as submit it to third-party identification bodies such as public security organizations, and act against the disciplinary offences based on the identification results.
所有考生需要積極配合托業(yè)中國管理中心對于考試過程中各類舞弊行為的調(diào)查和相關(guān)行動。托業(yè)中國管理中心保留對一切違紀考生做出相關(guān)處理的權(quán)利。
All candidates should cooperate actively with TOEIC China Management Center on any activities regarding investigating cheating of any kind during the test. TOEIC China Management Center reserves the right to act against any disciplinary offences of the candidates.
任何人都有權(quán)利和義務(wù)維護TOEIC考試的公正性，歡迎舉報一切違反考場規(guī)則的行為。
Everyone has the right and obligation to maintain the fairness of TOEIC test. You are welcome to report violations of any kind that are against the Test Regulations.
