Ruby Programmer 程序員職位描述：
     崗位職責(zé)：
    負(fù)責(zé)新web產(chǎn)品開發(fā)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)設(shè)計與實施。
    訓(xùn)練公司現(xiàn)有的程序員協(xié)助自己完成一部分web項目的實施工作。
    與UE設(shè)計師配合制定，實施將現(xiàn)有win32平臺的產(chǎn)品遷移至web平臺的計劃。
    負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品模塊的集成：動態(tài)鏈接庫、數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問、web部署維護、和UE設(shè)計師配合，完成用戶界面的實現(xiàn)。
    負(fù)責(zé)和不同時區(qū)的國外開發(fā)團隊遠(yuǎn)程協(xié)作開發(fā)軟件產(chǎn)品。
    未來將參與到商戰(zhàn)模擬游戲的設(shè)計與實施中。
    崗位要求：
    Hard knowledge:
    Be fluent in Ruby programming language.
    Have Strength in all the Rails fundamentals (routing, active record, migrations, modules, bundles …)
    Demonstrate experience building, deploying commercial Ruby on Rails applications
    Be familiar with DHTML, DOM, CSS
    Be familiar with JavaScript, Ajax and libraries like jQuery
    Soft knowledge:
    Be excited in coaching young programmer
    Be open to keep learning knowledge in different fields like business or management and so on..
    Have good communication skills
    Experience requirements:
    3+ years experience in web development required
    2+ years in Ruby development required
    Having experience of working in an Agile environment is preferred.
