Job Summary:
Scheduling Support – Assistant will be responsible for executing the data entry and maintenance tasks required by country engagement reps; provide reports as required from Scheduling, etc to support country resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Completion of the entry of following categories of data into Scheduling as required:
Create/update demand data
Employee calendar booking
Employee calendar update
Scheduling reporting
Other resources management related processes
The data will be provided in pre-populated templates from country HR and data entry must be completed within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications:
Education: Undergraduate Degree and/or relevant professional qualification
Work Experience: 1+ Years related work experience or 2012 graduate students
Work Requirements: The incumbent will be based in ABS.
Relationships:
Reports to: HR Scheduling Support Team Lead
Supervises: N/A
External Relationships: ANZ HR and project contacts
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Basic understanding of Accenture’s organizational structure
Good working knowledge of Excel
Basic understanding of scheduling process
Strong ability to read, understand and execute directions which will be provided in English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Flexibility and teaming skills

工作經(jīng)驗: 一年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗或2012年畢業(yè)學(xué)生
