上海地區(qū)：
1. IC Backend Design Engineer Intern
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
- Work with the global design team tdcomplex SOC physical implementation for deep submicrdesign.
- Participates in chip level and block level backend design for complex SOC designs.
- Responsible for RTL tGDS flow including CPF definition, logic/physical synthesis, die size estimation, floor-planning, power planning, CTS, place and route, STA, signal integrity, timing closure, formal verification, DFM, DRC/LVS etc.
Requirements:
- University degree in microelectronics engineering or equivalent, master degree or above is preferred;
- Relevant Experience in floor-planning, power planning, place and route, STA, IR drop and signal integrity, DRC/LVS;
- Good understanding on soc backend flow and process, special for partition flow;
- Good communication skills is must, English language proficiency.
2. Linux SW Engineer Intern
Location: Shanghai & Suzhou
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible tLinux SW design and test on i.MX platform
- Assist on analyzing Linux test failure
- Improve the automation tool and coverage of unit tests on i.MX platform
- Help tcreate related documents for i.MX linux platform
Requirements:
- Major in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent
- Strong programming skills on C/C
- Java programming skill will be a good plus
- Experience with Android development will be a good plus
- Experience with embedded software development will be a good plus
- Experience with GIT is desired.
- Good communication skills
- Good oral and written English skills
3. MCU SW Engineer Intern
Location: Shanghai & Suzhou
Responsibilities:
- Develop / maintain core MCU S/W (RTOS porting, driver, stack and bare metal S/W development etc) for Freescale Microcontroller portfolio.
- Design, develop and execute the test cases tensure the quality of the MCU S/W.
- Profile / optimize the performance of the system / driver / stack.
- Bug fix for the issues in the driver / stack / test code.
Requirements:
- MS Degree, EE or Computer Science or related field
- Good understanding of general MCU architecture and peripherals
- Solid knowledge on Assembly or C/C programming and embedded system
- Familiar with embedded OS like MQX, ucosII, ucLinux, Linux or other RTOS
- Familiar with shell script is a plus
- Experience with TCP/IP or USB is a plus
- Experience with ARM based MCU is a plus
- Fluent English read/write/speak capability
4. i.MX Software Application Engineer Intern
Location: Shanghai & Suzhou
Responsibilities:
- Assist on customized BSP driver development (Android/Linux/WinCE) based on i.MX SoC platform
- Assist on customized application development (Android/Linux/WinCE) based on i.MX SoC platform
- Design the test cases for i.MX design-in deliveries and run the tests.
- Assist on i.MX customer support activities:
Be responsible tcreate test environments and reproduce issues.
Assist on debug
- Assist on i.MX legacy SoC Linux/Android software releases
- Assist on i.MX document creation and review.
Requirements:
- You should be pursuing a Masters degree in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent and expected tgraduate in the year of 2015 or 2016
- Work at least 6 months ( > 3 days/week)
- Strong programming skills on C/C .
- Java programming skill will be a good plus
- Familiar with embedded software driver development model is a good plus
- Hands-On experiences with Linux/Android/WinCE BSP on ARM SoC is a good plus
- Strong capability for trouble shooting

5. Platform Validation Intern
Vacancy: 1
Responsibilities:
- Review program PRD and SRS, and create platform validation plan for relevant deliveries.
- Develop Test case and tools for relevant Linux BSP drivers, Multimedia framework, Android and Linux Applications.
- Platform validation and present quality situation by test execution of different releases (multiple SoC, OS and HW boards).
- Quality assurance for the Platform deliveries like software and reference design.
- Automation infrastructure development toptimize efficiency of test execution and platform development.
- Key customer support like feature analysis and issue reproducing.
Requirements:
- 4th year college student or 2nd year of post graduate student.
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of the system architecture of RTOS, Linux kernel.
- Experience in Microcontrollers RTOS and Linux BSP developing.
- Experience in at least one programming language, like C , Java, Javascript, etc.
- Familiar with script, like Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl.
- Understanding ttest methodology, test cycle, process is a plus.
- Good English skills, understand documentation, write emails and test cases in English.
- Able twork under multi tasks and high pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
