Management Trainee
The purpose of Management Trainee positions is toprepare young managerial employees for their future assignments and give themmore practical experience. Management trainees are rotated through differentdepartments over a period of about 3 years, giving them broad insight intoeveryday business (“from sowing to harvesting”) and a variety offunctions(Sales, Marketing, New Business Development and Business Planning andAdministration).
Major tasks of position
· Gaina broad overview of a country organization
· Acquireor deepen practical knowledge of agriculture and crop protection
· Assumeresponsibility for field force assignments in sales
· Acquireselling skills (internal / external, technical/commercial)
· Provideindependent project support in the areas of consulting, sales, marketing or administration
· Acquiringbasic knowledge on the various Crops, Farmer behaviors, Indications,Competitors associated with CP industry.
· Mappingkey BCS processes of Budgeting, Campaign, Pricing, New launch (Brand plan),Marketing intelligence/Research and Strategy review
· Analyzingthe market trends and customers’ value propositions to support developingstrategies
Skills, experience and qualifications
· Bacheloror Master degree in Business, Marketing and / or agricultural science relatedsubject
· Freshgraduates in related major or with max. 1-2 years related working experience
· LeadershipCapability
· Goodcommunication skill
· Goodanalytical skills and decision making capability
· Learningagility
· Fluentwritten and spoken English (CET-6) or have willingness to master a good commandof English language
· Goodat standard business software
