二、招聘職位
Position: IT工程師1人
職位描述：
1.Adjust and Maintain monitor system: check the camera working status
regularly, make troubleshooting,copy videos from system when some department need
管理和調(diào)整視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)：定期檢查攝像頭的工作狀態(tài)，解決攝像頭及攝錄系統(tǒng)在運行中出現(xiàn)的問題。為需要的部門拷貝視頻文件。
2. Install digital telephone and maintain the digital telephone system: install telephone for the colleagues who need, manage communicating right and set telphone function
安裝電話并維護數(shù)字電話系統(tǒng)：為有需求的同事安裝電話，管理話機通話權(quán)限，設(shè)定話機功能。
3. Administrate company`s website: open or close some present modules, manage using right of modules. input some information about company on the page such as words,pictures.
管理公司網(wǎng)站：開啟或關(guān)閉現(xiàn)有模塊，管理各模塊的使用權(quán)限，在公司的相關(guān)信息公布在網(wǎng)頁上，如圖片，文字等。
4. Manage attendance and canteen consume system:input information of ID card into the attendance and consume system.copy database of this two system regularly, delete data of resignation and missed.
管理考勤和食堂消費系統(tǒng)：將員工卡信息錄入考勤系統(tǒng)和食堂消費系統(tǒng)中，定期維護數(shù)據(jù)庫，刪除離職和已丟失卡的信息。
5. Provide office technical support for all staff, troubleshootings such as Word Excel.
