    WHATWE ARE LOOKING FOR
    We are looking for full-time collegestudents who are able to continuously work in Amazon AT LEAST 3 months AND atleast 4 days per week. Longer term participants welcome! Internationalcandidates may need to participate in longer term program.
    Basic / Required Qualification
    • Senior incollege, or currently enrolled in a postgraduate or PhD program and willgraduate in 2015
    • Self-driven,quick starters, passionate problem solvers with curious mind who love solvingvery complex, very challenging real world problems
    • Strong codingskills (e.g Java, C/C++ and/or other languages such as Perl, Ruby, Python)
    • Solidfundamentals in Data Structure and Algorithm
    • Goodunderstanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
    • Excited withopportunities to solve very complex problems and willingness to learn
    • Ability tothink abstractly and deal with ambiguous problems
    • Willing to ownall stages of development process: requirements, design, implementation,testing, and operational support
    • Ability toeffectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
    • Excellentinterpersonal communication with strong reading / written English skill
     
    Preferred Qualification
    • Major inComputer Science, engineering (Computer, Aerospace, Electric, Automation… etc),and / or other technical and science degree (Math, Physics,…etc)
    • Experiencewith UNIX/Linux environment
    • Have technicalinternship experience
    • Pluses /Additional Goodies
    • Strong verbal English skills
     
    • Experience with relational database
    • Experience with distributed systems
    • Experience in optimization mathematics(linear programming, nonlinear optimization)
    • Experience in developing mobileapplication based Android Mobile Phone
    • Currently pursuing advanced graduatedegrees
