Job Description:
山特維克可樂滿大中華區(qū)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)生項目(Sandvik Coromant Technical Trainee Program)是一個為期兩至三年的發(fā)展項目，旨在培養(yǎng)山特維克可樂滿未來技術(shù)人才。項目期間，培訓(xùn)生將在效率中心(Productivity Center)，工藝工程部(Engineering Solutions Department)，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用部門(Product Application Department)及區(qū)域銷售組織(Business Region)輪崗，輪崗期間將有專門導(dǎo)師進行持續(xù)的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)和職業(yè)規(guī)劃輔導(dǎo)。輪崗結(jié)束后，將會根據(jù)個人意愿和培訓(xùn)結(jié)果在山特維克可樂滿大中華區(qū)定崗。
Sandvik Coromant Technical Trainee program:
Sandvik Coromant Technical Trainee Program is a two-or-three-year development program, aiming to cultivate future technical talents for Sandvik Coromant. During the program, trainees will have job rotations among Productivity Center, Engineering Solutions Department, Product Application Department and Business Regions, during which time specialized mentors will provide ongoing trainings and career coaching. After the job rotations, trainees will be offered attractive career opportunities according to personal willing as well as training evaluation.
City: Beijing and Shanghai
Qualification:
Mechanical Engineering related major;
Bachelor or above degree;
Good command of English, CET 6 or above.
