Product R&D Engineer
Responsibilities: 1. Study Origin's competitor products and summarize key differences and capabilities. 2. Assist in researching algorithms for new features, especially Statistics features. 3. Assist in developing new data analysis and data processing tools by creating specification documents for user interface and testing. 4. Assist in documenting new tools, collecting suitable data for testing and for developing tutorials. 5. Work closely with developers, technical support, quality assurance, beta testers and key customers during implementation and testing of new tools. 6. Provide continued support to in-house staff and customers on key product features.
Qualities Required: 1. MS in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. And Statistics background is preferred. 2. Knowledge of programming is required, such as Matlab or C. 3. Good analytical capability. 4. Excellent communication skills including a good command of oral and written English. 5. Ability to take ownership and responsibility of projects and work closely with other team members in timely completion of projects. 6. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.

職責： 1. 深入了解研究Origin的競爭軟件，撰寫比較分析報告。 2. 協(xié)助研究數(shù)據(jù)分析特別是統(tǒng)計分析功能的算法。 3. 在開發(fā)新的數(shù)據(jù)分析功能過程中，能參與用戶界面的設計以及提供測試步驟的文檔。 4. 為新的數(shù)據(jù)分析功能編寫幫助文檔，收集測試數(shù)據(jù)及用例。 5. 貫穿產品的開發(fā)測試過程，和開發(fā)部門、測試部門以及beta用戶合作交流幫助設計提升軟件功能。 6. 在開發(fā)測試及用戶使用過程提供相應的技術支持。
要求： 1. 碩士學歷，工科或理科專業(yè)，統(tǒng)計專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 2. 懂得一定編程知識，如Matlab或C語言。 3. 具備優(yōu)秀的研究能力。 4. 具備良好的溝通技巧以及良好的英文能力。 5. 對所研發(fā)的項目有強烈的責任感，在項目開發(fā)過程中，能與其他團隊成員緊密合作。 6. 良好的人際交往能力和團隊合作精神。
