工作內(nèi)容：
    

As an Investment Intern, you will work with senior consultants to provide first class advice to a range of clients on a range of investment services.
    

Excellence
    

Technical / Thought Leadership
    

- Conduct data analysis
    

- Prepare first drafts of client documents
    

- Support senior team members in the construction and delivery of presentations to clients
    

Project Management
    

- Work as part of dedicated client teams in providing a variety of services to designated clients.
    

- Deal with Lead consultants in order to iteratively provide a suitable solution, presented well with delivery in a timely manner
    

- Liaise with members of the wider investment team and benefits practice in order to gain the necessary data and understanding of the client’s needs.
    

People
    

- Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
    

- Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
    

Client / Account Management
    

- Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
    

- Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
    

Financial / Revenue Generation
    

- Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by drafting proposals and responding to RFPs
    

招聘要求：
    

- Top Universities, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business administration, Economics and Mathematics, other sciencemajors are also acceptable.
    

- A good first degree along with progress towards relevant professional qualifications such as CFA.
    

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    

- Team-player to be able to fit seamlessly into a team of senior and more junior people all focused on delivering work of exceptional quality
    

- IT and Excel skills.
    

- Enquiring and analytically minded individual who has a logical and thorough method of working
    

- Ability to grasp issues and offer innovative solutions
