    職位描述：
    Job Responsibilities:
    • Analysis support on compensation and benefits for senior leadership review, like hourly bonus, profit plan headcount change, etc.
    • Coordination on headcount request for Divisional level, mainly from different Sub Divisions/BUs
    • Training sessions coordination and training records tracking
    • Sales org charts perfection by utilizing professional software
    • Assist in diverse HR Team Meeting
    • Some daily admin support for HR team
    Qualifications:
    • Interested in HR, has some basic knowledge in HR field
    • Good at excel
    • Can work for 3-4 days per week
    • Good English skill in both oral and written
