和我搭伴的徐媛芳老師，就是這樣一位不計個人得失，一心為幼兒的好老師。
小班幼兒玩心重，為了讓幼兒在幼兒園玩地更開心一些。她自費買來玩具以供幼兒需要。為了豐富幼兒的區(qū)域活動，她還常利用空余時間從集市上收集來了畫寫板，小水壺，套娃等發(fā)展幼兒手眼協(xié)調(diào)的玩具。為了提高幼兒對英語的興趣，她從音像店買來了許多英文童謠，不厭其煩的教唱。她還寫得一手漂亮的字，因此不管有什么大小會議只要她在場執(zhí)筆的任務(wù)自然就落到了她的頭上，除了管理好班級她還要負責幼兒園的宣傳版面，經(jīng)常需要加班加點的完成。但是她從不厭煩，從不怨言。
在教學上她精心備課充分準備教具。在一日生活中她毫不遜色，能用生動的話語，兒童話的語言去感染幼兒，用游戲的形式授予新的知識小朋友都愿意和她交朋友。
雖然徐老師年紀輕但是她做事沉穩(wěn)，就象媽媽一樣關(guān)懷著每一位幼兒，班中常有小朋友尿濕褲子，她從不嫌棄，卻很細心地摸每一位幼兒的衣褲，手把手的教幼兒疊衣服耐心地為每個孩子整理衣褲。與徐老師搭伴我深感到她很謙遜，急他人所急，為他人所想的優(yōu)點。我們班常有玩接的幼兒每次總是主動留下來等家長而讓我放心的回家。
我很慶幸能與這樣一位不計個人得失，不拘小節(jié)的老師搭班。我想只要我們繼續(xù)努力，團結(jié)一致我們的班集體會更上一層樓!
