Talent Experience Specialist
Location: Beijing
The Talent Experience Specialist (TES) facilitates a variety of executive recruitment activities to advance Sonos hiring capability. The TES is an essential role in Sonos hiring and serves as an important contact for potential candidates and agencies.
The ideal person for this role is a self-starter, who is very organized, and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be the support hub for 1-2 Recruiters at Sonos, interacting with Sonos hiring managers, candidates and outside parties from around the world.
The TES is individually and collectively responsible for the achievement of company goals relating to candidate experience and candidate satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Primary responsibility to ensure the highest possible quality experience to candidates and agencies.
* Complex calendar management; develops interview schedules, logistics, planning and makes travel arrangements entailing extensive international travel and accommodation requests.
* Coordinate special projects/events from time to time, including calendaring, booking hotels & conference rooms, organizing attendees and agendas, and arranging food.
* Oversees the execution of the interview plan as directed by the Recruiter and Hiring Manager.
* Effectively partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Sonos colleagues participating in interviews.
* Works at promoting Sonos’ company image and integrate the Sonos mission and culture into all global executive recruitment activities.
* Develop and distribute reports relating to Sonos’ Executive recruitment activity.
* Drive innovation in executive recruiting around quality of the candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Ensures accuracy in the data input to all of Sonos’ recruitment and human resource systems (ATS, Talent CRM, HRIS)
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree.
* 1-3 years of experience in a support role or actual client facing customer service/ hospitality, preferably where the customer or client experience is a primary focus.
* Detail oriented, track record in interacting with planning events/social events and experienced in complicated calendar management.
* Basic working knowledge with MS Office particularly on Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with various travel sites and programs, preferably American Express Travel Services is a plus
* Good personal communication skills, great gatekeeping skills with an ability to politely say ‘no’ to people (transparent with respect)
* Impeccable ethics and integrity with a maniacally attention to detail.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
* Strong service orientation.
