    今天是周末，我寫完作業(yè)看見媽媽正要做飯，就對媽媽說：“媽媽，我?guī)湍鲲埌?？”媽媽疑惑的問我：“你可以么？”我對媽媽說：“您放心吧！包在我身上！”媽媽說：“那好吧！就讓你試一試吧！”
    在媽媽的看護和指導下，我首先把大米蒸上。然后開始準備菜，一開冰箱，哇噻！都是我喜歡吃的菜，有雞蛋、西紅柿、豆角、辣椒、蒜苔、土豆、白菜、蔥等。于是我就從冰箱中取了雞蛋、一個土豆、一棵蔥、辣椒，首先我把蔥切成兩半，一半和雞蛋炒、一半和土豆、辣椒炒。其次，將土豆削皮，切塊。最后，把雞蛋打開，在碗里攪勻備用。這時米飯蒸好了，看著一個個晶瑩剔透的大米粒，白白的香噴噴的，看了就想吃一口。
    下面開始炒菜了，我先把油倒到鐵鍋里，等油熱了，把切好的蔥和雞蛋放入油鍋，不停的翻炒，一會，等雞蛋變黃了，放點鹽、調(diào)料、味精，在翻了翻，出鍋。下一道菜，駕輕就熟，看著色澤鮮嫩，嘗一口咸甜可口，正合適。飯菜放到桌上，看著自己親手做出的飯菜，聞著飯菜的香味，看著全家人臉上的笑容，我開心的笑了。
    這個周末，使我深深的懂得了父母的辛苦，以后我一定為父母多做一些力所能及的事情，讓父母快樂！我就更快樂！
