In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf.
    On Sunday morning, the warm sun came up. A sound, a small, hungry caterpillar, climbed out from the egg. He is going to get something to eat.
    On Monday, he ate an apple. But, still hungry.
    On Tuesday, he ate two pears. But, still hungry.
    On Wednesday, he ate three plums. But, still hungry.
    On Thursday, he ate four strawberries. But, still hungry.
    On Friday, he ate five oranges. But, still hungry.
    On Saturday, he ate a piece of chocolate cake, one ice-cream cone, a small cucumber, a piece of cheese, a ham, a lollipop a cherry pie, one sausage, one cup cake and a slice of watermelon.
    That night, the caterpillar stomach pain!
    The next day, it is Sunday. The caterpillar ate a slice of tender and green leaves, and feeling much better.
    Now, don't feel hungry the caterpillar. He is no longer a little caterpillar. He was a big, fat caterpillar.
    Ah! A caterpillar into a beautiful butterfly.
    月光下，一顆小小的蛋躺在葉子上。
    星期天早上，暖和的太陽(yáng)升上來(lái)了。一聲，一條又小又餓的毛毛蟲(chóng)，從蛋里爬了出來(lái)。他要去找一些東西來(lái)吃。
    星期一，他吃了一個(gè)蘋(píng)果?？墒牵亲舆€是好餓。
    星期二，他吃了兩個(gè)梨子?？墒?，肚子還是好餓。
    星期三，他吃了三個(gè)李子?？墒?，肚子還是好餓。
    星期四，他吃了四個(gè)草莓。可是，肚子還是好餓。
    星期五，他吃了五個(gè)橘子?？墒牵亲舆€是好餓。
    星期六，他吃了一塊巧克力蛋糕、一個(gè)冰淇淋甜筒、一條小黃瓜、一塊奶酪、一條火腿、、一根棒棒糖一個(gè)櫻桃派、一條香腸、一個(gè)杯子蛋糕和一片西瓜。
    那天晚上，毛毛蟲(chóng)的肚子痛!
    第二天，又是星期天了。毛毛蟲(chóng)吃了一片又嫩又綠的葉子，覺(jué)得舒服多了。
    現(xiàn)在，毛毛蟲(chóng)不覺(jué)得肚子餓了。他不再是一只小毛毛蟲(chóng)了。他是一只又肥又大的毛毛蟲(chóng)。
    啊!毛毛蟲(chóng)變成了一只好漂亮的蝴蝶。
