The two-day G20 Summit is scheduled to kick off on September 4 in Hangzhou of East China’s Zhejiang Province. The city is now ready to host guests from around the globe with its fantastic scenery and food.

It also won fame because the dish was included in the menu when then Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai hosted the US President Richard Nixon in 1972.
