    （1）Performance 業(yè)績
     要提升業(yè)績就要做好前期工作準(zhǔn)備。包括：努力提升產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和努力提升服務(wù)質(zhì)量。

    商業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人必須加強(qiáng)自己的能力，在機(jī)遇、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和技術(shù)投資與他們的員工應(yīng)用信息的才能之間平衡，以增加產(chǎn)值、提高業(yè)績。
    It is very necessary and important for distressed companies to take effective methods to get rid of financial distress, improve there performance and get into normal management as soon as possible.

    （2）performance evaluation 性能評估
     性能評估是指公司或上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)按照一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，采用科學(xué)的方法，衡量與評定員工完成崗位職責(zé)任務(wù)的能力與效果的管理方法，其主要目的是為了讓員工更好的工作，為公司服務(wù)。

    （3）challenge 批評；質(zhì)疑
     當(dāng)老板對你提出批評和質(zhì)疑的時(shí)候千萬不能氣餒，而是應(yīng)該多和老板溝通彼此的想法，找出自己的問題所在，然后逐一解決它。畢竟，大多情況下辯解并不是個(gè)好方法，反而開放和高效率才是老板所看重的。

    （4）presentation 匯報(bào)
     這里的匯報(bào)大多數(shù)是指用PPT、投影儀做的匯報(bào)。Presentation除了要有過硬的PPT技術(shù)以外，還要你的口才、邏輯能力。
