Pay Scale通過調查美國數(shù)百所大學的數(shù)據，公布了2015-2016美國研究生畢業(yè)生薪酬排行榜，榜單囊括美國大學MBA專業(yè)，法學博士(JD)，總結出了碩士以及博士畢業(yè)生薪酬排名，據統(tǒng)計看出，縱使是在美國經濟不那么景氣的今天，MBA和法學博士的薪酬還是非?？捎^的。
    本次MBA&JD薪酬排名第一位的學校是埃默里大學法學院，其學生的中期薪酬可高達20萬美金/年。
    美國為何商法就業(yè)好?
    即使是在美國經濟不景氣的時期，美國的商科、法律相對就業(yè)也是相對比較好的，其原因主要有三點：
    一、歷史文化：這要從美國的歷史說起了，美國最初是由英國移民過去的，初期文化的建立是以英國文化為基礎。在教育上，最初的教育發(fā)展則是以傳統(tǒng)的商法醫(yī)文為基礎開始發(fā)展，先進的理論加上幾百年與時俱進的發(fā)展，使得美國在商法醫(yī)文方面的教育越來越先進，成為教育大國、強國。
    二、經濟&法制強國：美國是世界第一大經濟體系，是全球最富裕、經濟最發(fā)達和生活水平最高的國家之一，世界500強企業(yè)中，有三分之一左右是美國企業(yè)，除了經濟的強大，美國也是高度法制化的國家之一，健全的法制系統(tǒng)，也是商法學生相對容易就業(yè)的原因。
    三、全民高等教育，“總統(tǒng)先行”理念：美國的第35任總統(tǒng)約翰 F 肯尼迪曾經建議美國國民“要記得這一點：美國的最高領導人們也同時是美國最高的學者們。”加上歷史文化的背景，很多美國總統(tǒng)都是法學相關專業(yè)的，44位總統(tǒng)中，一半以上(共有23人)都曾做過律師，像奧巴馬就是在哈佛大學獲得了JD學位。
    對了赴美讀研的大部分學生來說，除了關心學校的名氣與學術外，還需要參考學校及周邊的資源。比如此次薪酬排名第一位的埃默里大學法學院來說，其法學院2016年US News最新排名為19位，在排名上，并不是佼佼者，為什么薪酬卻能排在第一位呢?原因總結起來有以下幾點：
