已經(jīng)去了新加坡的童鞋們，真的想申請(qǐng)國(guó)籍，其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，DIY即可。86留學(xué)網(wǎng)從網(wǎng)上找來(lái)了一篇DIY的攻略，供參考。
整理一下步驟，希望大家補(bǔ)充：
1。遞交申請(qǐng) - ICA (1到2小時(shí)，建議直接去ICA柜臺(tái)辦理;此時(shí)ICA網(wǎng)上顯示Pending;具體看如下連接)

注意1：直接去柜臺(tái)遞交，人家收了交錢(qián)，不收不交錢(qián);而如網(wǎng)上遞，ICA收不收，都交錢(qián)(當(dāng)然你不差錢(qián)另說(shuō));
注意2：由于我的案子是我?guī)Ш⒆由暾?qǐng)，沒(méi)有帶齊老婆的文件，結(jié)果還得再跑一次，全部材料(原件+復(fù)印)送給ICA;所以記住，無(wú)論夫妻雙方誰(shuí)申請(qǐng)誰(shuí)不申請(qǐng)，只要孩子申請(qǐng)，夫妻雙方的材料(原件+復(fù)印)必須全部帶上，免得再跑一趟
注意3：小房間里的工作人員查材料查得很細(xì)，查出老婆的文憑的公正書(shū)沒(méi)有把其文憑上的所有內(nèi)容公正完，結(jié)果我又跑一趟高法，翻譯了整篇文憑;所以你要仔細(xì)看看你的公正書(shū)，別想當(dāng)然國(guó)內(nèi)的公正處會(huì)不出紕漏
2。拿到原則批準(zhǔn)信 ( 步驟1后大約2到6個(gè)月，ICA會(huì)寄信，Approval in principle， 此時(shí)到下一步前ICA網(wǎng)上還顯示Pending)
3。參加公民之旅三步曲( 步驟2后歷時(shí)大約一個(gè)月，其中Community Sharing最難搞定，因?yàn)槊吭虏乓淮危篹-journey, experimental tour, community sharing; 此時(shí)到下一步前ICA網(wǎng)上還顯示Pending;登陸如下網(wǎng)站預(yù)定，學(xué)習(xí))

4。拿到正式批準(zhǔn)信(步驟3后大約1到2周，此時(shí)ICA網(wǎng)上已經(jīng)顯示Approved.ICA會(huì)寄信)
5。退籍-中國(guó)大使館(1小時(shí)，無(wú)須預(yù)約，只有上午辦理，注意表格內(nèi)容，連接如下)

填表交進(jìn)窗口后，工作人員會(huì)給張小紅紙，那張小紅紙千萬(wàn)保存好，因?yàn)樗撬奶旌笕⊥思C明和作廢護(hù)照的唯一憑證。四天后取件時(shí)，窗口人員只認(rèn)小紅紙，連你的名字都不問(wèn)，即從不檢驗(yàn)身份。即別人憑那張紙也可以把你的東西取出來(lái)。真為天朝使館工作人員的認(rèn)真精神所折服。
6。注冊(cè)新公民 - ICA (從第4步開(kāi)始要等3周多(本人案例);注冊(cè)本身須40分鐘至2 小時(shí);ICA寄來(lái)的正式批準(zhǔn)信中有具體時(shí)間預(yù)約;如果想改，可以通過(guò)eAppointment改，但只能延遲，提前一般沒(méi)戲。當(dāng)然可以試運(yùn)氣提前預(yù)約了，但一般沒(méi)戲，因?yàn)闆](méi)空額)
You will be notified of the Citizenship outcome by post. An appointment date for citizenship registration will be arranged.
On the day of appointment, proceed to:

Registry of Citizens, Counter 7 or 8

Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday : 8.00am to 4.30pm
Saturday: No citizenship registration
Obtain a Q-Number for verification of documents and complete registration/application for the following:
- Singapore Citizenship
- Identity Card (Refer to Register for Identity Card for more information)
- Singapore Passport (Refer to Apply for Singapore Passport for more information)
- Take the Oath of Renunciation, Allegiance and Loyalty before the Commissioner of Oaths
注意：記得帶著同時(shí)獲批的小孩 (小朋友終于出場(chǎng)了)
注意：帶照片4張(包括護(hù)照用的那張!小孩2張!)
注意：即移民廳辦理公民登記當(dāng)天，拿不到除了一張貼了你照片被稱(chēng)為臨時(shí)身份證的小紙頭之外的任何東西。即拿不到公民證書(shū)，拿不到身份證，拿不到護(hù)照。感覺(jué)自己宣誓了，可是沒(méi)有拿到任何證明自己是公民的文件。所以你最好把最終的那封公民批準(zhǔn)信復(fù)印一下。
7。辦新護(hù)照 ( 注冊(cè)同一天去柜臺(tái)，無(wú)須預(yù)約)
Proceed to ICA Building Level 3, Citizen Services Centre to apply directly at the Counter) )
Applicants below 16 years old
Applicants must come with the consenting parent / legal guardian and with the following original documents:
Birth certificate
Identity Card, if applicable
MOE Student Card (applicable to students studying in Singapore between 7 and 15 years of age)
Identity card of consenting parent or legal guardian (legal document of guardianship must be produced)
Citizenship Certificate, if you are a Singapore citizen by registration and have not been issued with an Identity Card
Current Singapore Passport (a police report or Statutory Declaration is required if your passport is lost)
One recent passport-sized colour photograph of the applicant meeting the following specifications:
Note: Photographs that do not meet the requirements will result in a delay in the processing of the passport application.
Applicants 16 years old and above
Applicants must come in person and bring the following original documents:
Identity Card
Current Singapore Passport (a police report or Statutory Declaration is required if your passport is lost)
One recent passport-sized colour photograph of the applicant meeting the following specifications:
Note: Photographs that do not meet the requirements will result in a delay in the processing of the passport application.
Procedure
Applications may be made at the service counters at Passports Section, Citizen Services Centre, 3rd Storey, ICA Building. Please ensure that you have the relevant required documents. Applicants below 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
There is no need to complete any forms. Our counter staff will guide you through the application, and a personalised application will be printed for you at the counter.
Processing Time
You will be notified by post to collect your passport once it is ready. An acknowledgement card (pink card) will be mailed to you within one (1) week from the date after ICA receives your application.
Collection
You may collect your passport at the services counters at Passport Section, Citizen Services Centre, 2nd Storey, ICA Building. You are advised to collect your passport within 1 month of application. Passports not collected within 3 months of application will be cancelled and no refund of the passport fee will be given.
Note: If an applicant had submitted his/her application form in person over the counter, the applicant may come in person or authorise another person (proxy) in writing to collect the passport on his/her behalf. The proxy will need to bring along the letter authorising him/her to collect the passport, (pink) acknowledgement card and the required documents as stated in the card.
問(wèn)題：此時(shí)還沒(méi)有IC，如何提供IC?
網(wǎng)友補(bǔ)充：去宣誓那天就會(huì)在blue card上咔嚓個(gè)洞,然后附贈(zèng)一張小紙條說(shuō)新ICon the way, 這段時(shí)間你的IC就是 帶洞的BLUE card+小紙條一張
7.1 取護(hù)照
移民廳會(huì)在一周內(nèi)發(fā)一封粉色的明信片般的通知單，說(shuō)你可以在某天起，一個(gè)月內(nèi)來(lái)取護(hù)照了。
如果是把申請(qǐng)表投進(jìn)移民廳的那個(gè)箱子申請(qǐng)的(比如我就是這樣)
注意：一定要在網(wǎng)上預(yù)約時(shí)間去取
注意：移民廳會(huì)給成人和小孩發(fā)通知書(shū)，但不在同一天!所以我只好再打電話去問(wèn)，才知道我孩子的也好了。在移民廳二樓自動(dòng)出票機(jī)前，為了拿票，我可以用臨時(shí)小紙頭掃描，孩子的要用學(xué)生證掃描
注意：如果不是在柜臺(tái)申請(qǐng)護(hù)照，小孩一定要去取護(hù)照，大人不能代辦!因?yàn)樾∨笥岩粗讣y。
注意：柜臺(tái)人員要你出示公民證書(shū)，你哪來(lái)的公民證書(shū)?因?yàn)樗恢滥闶菤w化公民，第一次辦護(hù)照，他不知道你的公民證書(shū)還在移民廳某個(gè)地方鎖著
注意：在拿護(hù)照時(shí)，柜臺(tái)人員在給護(hù)照時(shí)，還要問(wèn)你，你有沒(méi)有其他國(guó)籍，不知道在這個(gè)時(shí)候?yàn)樯哆€要問(wèn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題?!
8。拿新IC
You will be required to attend a Citizenship Ceremony organized by the Group Representative Constituency (GRC) at a future date. The citizenship folder comprising Citizenship Certificate and Identity Card (if applicable) will be presented to you by the Guest-of-Honour.
這個(gè)步驟可能會(huì)等幾個(gè)月，看選區(qū)的安排。我那個(gè)選區(qū)每個(gè)季度搞一次儀式。
